We require 24 hours notice on all cancelled appointments or a $15 missed appointment fee will be assessed. Fees will also be applied to all no-show appointments. All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card number. No services fees will be applied without the consent of the card holder other than the above mentioned if applicable. Appointments are strongly recommended.

Please be respectful of others and turn off all cell phones and pagers before entering Whit's End Salon and Spa. Unless they are having a service done, Whit's End is not an appropriate venue for children and infants as no supervision is offered. All items brought into the salon are the sole responsibility of the owner as lockers are not provided.
