Return Policy
We are proud of our products and stand behind them 100%. That being said, not every scent or every product is for everyone.
If you've received a product and are unhappy with it for any reason, you are free to return the item to us by mail up to 14 days after the purchase date. Once we receive the items back, we will issue you a refund for your item(s) minus the original shipping cost we paid the carrier to originally ship the items to you. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

Shipping and return shipping charges will not be refunded in these instances and are the responsibility of the customer. Returned orders shipped under our "Free Shipping" promotion will have all shipping costs incurred by Skullysbeardoil.com deducted from any refund.
We go to great lengths to fill your order as accurately, and as quickly as possible. Once an order is shipped, the shipping charges are non-refundable, and go directly to the carrier delivering the package.
SALES ARE FINAL & WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
ALL Brushes, Combs, Bandanas, and ALL apparel are not returnable. Apparel Orders placed through our website are fulfilled and processed through our apparel product supplier. These items are custom printed, made to order and are NOT returnable.
Apparel that is misprinted/defective and deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
Return Authorization:
In the event that you would like to return your product, please contact info@skullysbeardoil.com. Please include the following information: Order Number, Full Name, Phone Number or Email Address, and Reason for Return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to process the return.
Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you've received a defective or incorrect item in your shipment, please contact us via email at info@skullysbeardoil.com our customer service representatives will authorize a return or replacement. You will NOT be charged shipping charges for any mistakes we make while preparing your shipment.
